4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Geotten, you agree to:

• Use the App only for legitimate attendance marking purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures or location verification
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Report any security vulnerabilities or unauthorized access
• Comply with your institution's attendance policies
• Keep your device and App updated with the latest security patches

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Attempt to mark attendance on behalf of another person
• Use location spoofing or GPS manipulation tools
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Biometric Data Consent

By using Geotten, you explicitly consent to:

• Collection and processing of your biometric data
• Storage of encrypted biometric templates
• Use of biometric data for authentication purposes only
• Sharing of attendance data with your educational institution

8. Service Availability
